The course is designed to
give extensive lectures and examinations with rationalizations of the selected
major subject areas catered in the Licensure Examination – Medical Technology
Laws and Bioethics, Clinical Chemistry 1, Clinical Parasitology, Clinical
Bacteriology, Analysis of Urine and Body Fluids, Laboratory Management and
Hematology 1. This is to prepare the students in the different theoretical
aspects of techniques employed in the Clinical Laboratory and to give the
students a view of the said subject areas in the Licensure Examination.
The Medical Laboratory Science Internship Program aims to improve the students’ knowledge and skills that they’ve obtained during their first three years of studying and to prepare them to be more competent, highly skilled and responsible health care providers.
