Course Description:
Cybercrime research has grown in visibility and importance during the last two decades. The purpose of this book is to introduce students with the technical, social and legal aspects of cybercrime as well as expose students to theories and tools that enable scientific exploration of this phenomenon. The second part of this book is the study of Environmental Laws and Protection. It will provide students with an understanding of the major environmental statutes and the common and constitutional law that are relevant to the environmental protection in the Philippines.
